Brownie Ala Home:)

I've noticed that It's been a year since the last entry. So I'll post a simple recipe just to revamp our tastebuds for simple yet satisfying dishes:)

This is not a recipe per se, but just a little something you can fix yourself up with at home in case you're craving for some cafe style dessert :)


Ingredients:
Brownie Mix or you can create your own brownie recipe :)
1 scoop Vanilla ice cream---> you can make it as many scoops as you like, but 1 is enough:)
Chocolate Syrup Shell --> this  is the one that freezes into a hard shell. You can try a different flavor if you like
some sprinkles (optional)


Procedure:
1. Bake the brownie mix as directed. You can opt to try your own brownie creation, just be sure you've got  
    it perfected:)
2. Let the brownies cool for a while. But don't wait for it to be cold. Just let it set enough to get the heat out.
3. Cut them in squares and set one piece in a plate.
4. Take a scoop of Vanilla ice cream and put it on top of the brownie.
5. Pour some of the hard shell syrup over the ice cream and all over the plate.
6. Decorate the plate as you wish:) you can put some sprinkles on, or combine different syrup flavors!
7. Enjoy! :D
